Paddy was co-founder of Plum Baby, an infant feeding brand that was sold to Darwin Private Equity within year five on sales nudging £14 million . He built the incubator Bathtub 2 Boardroom into one of London’s most respected centres for start-up support . Paddy sits on several investment committees and regularly advises founders on their fund-raising strategies.

John is the "Authentic Entrepreneur" and co-founder of The New Covent Garden Soup Co and toddler food brand, Little Dish. John has 30 year's experience in pioneering new FMCG categories and establishing and growing successful consumer-led businesses in both the UK and the USA. John now actively manages an investor/ Non-Executive Director portfolio contributing value- added business growth advice, guidance and mentoring to business owners.

Nigel Parrott has over 40 years experience in growing and establishing new consumer led businesses by building lasting brands and building better consumer understanding into commodity products to better add value. Nigel now invests and works across a wide portfolio of brands, adding value to business owners across all elements of their food and drink business. He now focuses on brands, people and businesses that deliver social enterprise solutions through food and drink. Nigel has experience of everything it takes to make a start up successful having successfully grown then sold a number of food businesses.  He delivers practical and realistic solutions having worked in start up and scale up businesses across many food and drink categories.
